PPADS tetrasodiuma is a non-selective P2X receptor antagonist, inhibits recombinant P2X1, P2X12, P2X13, P2X15 with IC50 of 1-2.6 uM.
PPADS also protects STAT4 and STAT5a/STAT5b from thermal degradation in cell lysates to a higher extent than STAT3.
