diBSP01 is a potent dimer agonist of STING, exhibits promising binding properties (ITC KD=218 nM, hSTINGH232 protein) and agonistic potency in vitro.
diBSP01 also shows strong affinity towards hSTINGR232 and hSTINGHAQ protein.
diBSP01 reliably targets the STING adaptor in the cGAS-STING pathway.
diBSP01 significantly induces the expression of downstream genes including IL6, CXCL10, and IFNβ in THP1 cells and shows a more potent STING activation ability than MSA-2 (Cat# PC-73371).
