ZLY032 (ZLY-032) is a potent, selective dual FFA1/PPARδ agonist with EC50 of 68 nM and 102 nM for hFFA1 and hPPARδ respectively.
ZLY032 has high selectivity over other PPARs.
ZLY032 exhibits good PK profiles with high plasma exposure, which ensured the enough effective concentration to simultaneously activate FFA1 and PPARδ in vivo.
ZLY032 (100 mg/kg) exhibited significantly glucose-lowering effect in ob/ob mice.
