YTB53 is a potent MNK (MAP kinase-interacting kinase) inhibitor with IC50 of 37 nM and 7 nM for MNK1/2 respectively, shows antiproliferative activity in MV4-11 cells with IC50 of 2 nM.
YTB53 also significantly inhibits PDGFRα, TRKB and FLT3.
YTB53 induced cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, pyroptosis, and mitochondrial dysfunction.
YTB53 exhibited antiangiogenic effects and suppressed tumor growth in a xenograft model without overt toxicity.
