YB-B1 is a small molecule Y-box-binding protein 1 (YBX1) inhibitor, directly binds to YBX1 protein with SPR KD value of 5.67 uM.
YB-B1 significantly suppresses proliferation of HEY and OV90 cells with IC50 of 3.5 and 11.9 uM respectively.
YB-B1 decreases the expression of CCNL2 and YBX1.
YB-B1 exhibits a synergistic effect with cisplatin, enhances chemotherapy-induced cytotoxicity in ovarian cancer cells and the PDX model.
