XZ338 exhibited the strong antiproliferative activity against MOLT-4 cells with IC50 of 3.7 nM
XZ338 exhibited 20-fold greater potency than DT2216 against MOLT-4 cells and over 89-fold selectivity for MOLT-4 cells compared to human platelets.
