WX-02-23 is a covalent small molecule ligand of transcription factor FOXA1 with EC50 of 2 uM in NanoBRET assay, binds cysteine (C258) and promotes the stereoselective and site-specific binding of FOXA1 to DNA.
WX-02-23 stereoselectively blocks CJR-6A reactivity with purified MBP-FOXA1-FKHD protein in the presence of oligonucleotide with IC50 of 8 uM.
WX-02-23 causes the rapid redistribution of FOXA1 across chromatin.
