WSB1 inhibitor 4 is a small molecule inhibitor and degarder of the ubiquitin ligase subunit WD repeat and SOCS box-containing 1 (WSB1), displays migration inhibitory activity against WSB1-overexpressing cells.
WSB1 inhibitor 4 inhibited cell migration through elevating the levels of RhoGDI2 protein, inhibited WSB1-mediated metastasis of cancer cells.
WSB1 inhibitor 4 functions as a WSB1 degrader.
WSB1 inhibitor 4 showed promising pharmacokinetic profiles and an excellent effect in reducing the number of metastatic colonies in vivo.
