WO-459 (WO459) is the first potent and orally available agonist of GPR52 with pEC50 of 7.53.
WO-459 induced dose-dependent elevation of intracellular cAMP in HEK293/GPR52 cells with EC50 value of 6.0 nM.
WO-459 significantly suppressed methamphetamine-induced hyperactivity in mice after oral administration of 3 mg/kg without disturbance of motor function.
