UVI3003 (UVI 3003) is a full antagonist of RXR that demonstrates potent, nanomolar binding affinity, inhibits xenopus and human RXRα in Cos7 cells with IC50 of 0.22 and 0.24 uM, respectively.
UVI 3003 does not affect the corepressor interaction capacity of the RARα subunit in the RAR-RXR heterodimer configuration.
