UTKO1 is a cell migration inhibitor targeting 14-3-3ζ, also is a selective small molecule inhibitor of notochord tubulogenesis, binds directly and selectively to Ciona 14-3-3εa.
UTKO1 inhibits 14-3-3εa interacting and colocalizing with its binding partner ezrin/radixin/moesin (ERM).
UTKO1 inhibits tumor cell migration by targeting 14-3-3ζ.
UTKO1 inhibits the second EGF-induced wave of Rac1 activation.
