UNC8212 is a potent, selective inhibitor of TAM-family (TYRO3, AXL, and MERTK) tyrosine kinases with IC50 of 1.5 nM, 1.3 nM, and 6.7 nM for MERTK, AXL and TYRO3 respectively.
UNC8212 exhibits good selectivity over a broad panel of kinase families including tyrosine and serine/threonine kinases.
UNC8212 inhibits phosphorylation of MERTK and AXL in NSCLC cells, inhibits MERTK and AXL phosphorylation in cell-based assays with >50 % inhibition at concentrations as low as 50–200 nM.
