UMI-77 is a potent and selective Mcl-1 inhibitor with Ki of 0.49 uM.
UMI-77 displays >10 fold selectivity against Bcl-w, Bfl-1, Bcl-xL and Bcl-2.
UMI-77 inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.
UMI-77 blocks the heterodimerization of Mcl-1/Bax and Mcl-1/Bak in cells; inhibits tumor growth in BxPC-3 xenograft model.
