Tubulin inhibitor No.07 is a novel tubulin inhibitor, irectly binds to tubulin dimers and interferes with microtubule polymerization, shows anti-cancer and anti-metastatic effects in colon cancer and tumoroids (Hela cell IC50=455 nM).
No.07 increases cellular ROS and inactivates the RAF-MEK-ERK signaling axis, reducing metastasis.
No.07 overcomes multidrug resistance, improving the effectiveness of existing chemotherapy.
