    TRPM5 agonist 64 is a potent, selective TRPM5 agonist with pEC50 of 7.8 and 8.1 for mTRPM5 and hTRPM5, respectively.
    TRPM5 agonist 64 shows high selectivity (>100-fold) over hTRPM8/hTRPV1/hTRPV4/hTRPA1/hTRPM4 (pEC50, <4.8/<4.8/<4.8/5.5/5.5).
    TRPM5 agonist 64 shows a statistically significant increase of the fecal parameters after oral administration at 100 mg/kg.
