TPPB (PKC activator) is a highly potent, selectiveand cell permeable protein kinase C (PKC) activator with Ki of 11.9 nM.
TPPB induces differentiation of hESCs into Pdx-1 expressing pancreatic progenitor cells.
TPPB also enhances the non-amyloidgenic processing of amyloid precursor protein, increasing secretion of sAPPα.
