TDRL-551 (TDRL551) is a small molecule Replication Protein A (RPA) inhibitor targeting the Replication Protein A-DNA interaction with IC50 of 18 uM.
TDRL-551 exhibits single agent anti-cancer activity in the A2780 EOC cell line using clonogenic survival assays with IC50 of 25 uM.
TDRL-551 is synergistic with DNA damaging chemotherapeutic agent in platinum sensitive A2780 cell line.
TDRL-551 displays single agent anti-cancer activity and sensitizes NSCLC tumors to platinum based treatment in vivo.
