Stafori-2 is the phosphate analog of Stafori-1 and potent, selective small molecule inhibitor of STAT4 Src homology 2 domain with Ki of 0.18 uM in FP assays, shows good selectivity over other STAT family members.
Stafori-2 binds to STAT4 with ITC Kd of 3.1 uM.
Stafori-2 is twofold more potent than the corresponding phosphonate Stafori-1 (Kd=7.1 uM).
