STK10 inhibitor 23 is a potent, selective inhibitor of STK10 (serine/threonine kinase 10, LOK) with IC50 of 0.85 uM.
STK10 inhibitor 23 has EC50 of 0.89 uM in NanoBRET assays and SPR Kd of 365 nM.
STK10 inhibitor 23 shows excellent selectivity toward approximately 90 kinases as well as toward closely related kinases within the STE20 subfamily such as STK3/4 and especially toward the closest relative SLK.
