STING agonist 12b is a small molecule STING agonist with EC50 of 7.45 uM and 10.23 uM for human and murine STING respectively and Emax>100% for both, directly binds to carboxy-terminal domain (CTD) (IC50=1.92 uM) and stabilizes the hSTING protein.
STING agonist 12b displays approximately similar activities to 2′3′-cGAMP at activating both human and murine STING.
STING agonist 12b induces diverse cytokines production in a native system.
STING agonist 12b exhibits the tremendous potential to be a better direct-human-STING agonist than 2′3′-cGAMP.
