STING activator Compound 8 is a potent, small molecule activator/agonist of human STING with EC50 of 122 nM (HEK, R232), HAQ STING EC50 of 944 nM.
Compound 8 showed significantly enhanced potency compared with G10.
Compound 8 activated multiple STING variants overexpressed in HEK293T cells measured by luciferase reporter assay or phosphorylation of STING and phosphorylated STING in human PBMCs from multiple donors and human tumor lines.
