SG3-014 (SG3) is a small-molecule multi-kinases inhibitor targeting ULK3, inhibits BRD4, JAK2 and ULK3 with IC50 of 9.3, 4.6 and 204 nM respectively, shows considerably weaker activity against ULK1 (IC50=539 nM).
SG3-014 (SG3) rapidlyreduced ULK3/ULK1levels (6h), altered early autophagy proteins (e.g., Beclin-1), and suppresses
autophagic flux and cell survival effects.
SG3-014 (SG3) inhibits osteoclastogenesis without affecting MSCsor osteoblasts.
