SD2758 is a small molecule inhibitor of GPR65, inhibits pH-dependent cAMP induction with sub-micromolar IC50 values at pH 7.5 and between 1 and 10 µM at pH 7.
SD2758 augments the cytotoxic activity of antigen-specific human T-cells.
GPR65 inhibition is associated with a higher production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
