S3D5 is a potent and selective, BP-1-102-based PROTAC degrader for STAT3 with DC50 of 110 nM in HepG2 cells.
S3D5 can effectively degrade the STAT3 protein even at low concentrations, but has little effect at any concentration on STAT1, STAT2, STAT4, STAT5 and STAT6 proteins.
S3D5 inhibits the growth of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
S3D5 inhibits the invasion and migration of HepG2 cells.
S3D5 positively regulates the p53 signaling pathway and its related effects on the cell growth inhibition.
