Rebecsinib (17S-FD-895) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of splicing-mediated ADAR1 activation, prevents leukemia stem cell generation.
Rebecsinib decreases RNA editing by inhibiting ADAR1 splicing into the most active editase, ADAR1p150.
Rebecsinib inhibits ADAR1p150-driven LSC self-renewal while sparing normal HSCs.
Rebecsinib impaired CD34+ KG-1a AML cell survival and increased RFP to GFP reporter expression in a dose-dependent manner (IC50=0.1 uM).
Rebecsinib inhibits ADAR1p150 mediated high-risk MF HPC and LSC survival.
