RORγ inhibitor Cpd 21 is potent, selective RORγ inhibitor with EC50 of 84 nM (hRORγ).
Cpd 21 showed no significant antagonist activity against hRORα, hRORβ, mLXRα, hRXRα, or hPPARδ, nor notable agonist activity against hPPARγ (EC50 > 0.512 μM for all targets).
Cpd 21 inhibited IL-17 production induced by anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibody stimulation in human PBMCs with an IC50 value of 1.0 uM.
