RJS6641 is a potent, dual JAK2/RAGE modulator / inhibitor with IC50 of 60.23 nM, reduces AGE-RAGE binding with IC50 of 118.2 nM.
RJS6641 selectively reduces viability of RCC cell lines with minimal toxicity toward normal renal epithelial cells.
RJS6641 exhibits greater cellular antiproliferative potency than the JAK-pathway reference inhibitor ruxolitinib and the RAGE-pathway reference inhibitor FPS-ZM1.
RJS6641 suppresses IL-6-induced STAT3 activation and TNF-α–driven NF-κB signaling in RCC cells.
RJS6641 suppresses IL-6 and IL-8 production in RCC cells in a dose-dependent and stimulus-dependent manner.
RJS6641 suppressed IL-6 release with IC50 values of 849.7 nM (TNF-α, 12 h) and 627.6 nM (TNF-α, 24 h) in A-498 cells.
RJS6641 induces apoptosis and inhibits migration in RCC cells.
RJS6641 suppresses RCC cell migration in a dose-dependent manner.
