RIPK1 inhibitor 3-47 is a specific, allosteric small molecule inhibitor of RIPK1, effectively reduces phosphorylation of RIPK1 at 12 nM in WB assays (human NP cells), protects viability of TNF-α-treated NP cells.
3-47 effectively reduces TNF-α-induced PANoptosis and degeneration of NP cells.
3-47 alleviates PANoptosis phenotype and degenerative phenotype in mice LSI model by inhibiting RIPK1 phosphorylation.
