RG2833 is a potent, orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant histone deacetylase HDAC1/3 inhibitor with IC50 of 60/50 mM respectively.
RG2833 markedly increased sensitivity to cisplatin and SN-38 in SLFN11-negative medulloblastoma cells.
RG2833 improved cognitive behavior by modulating the expression of immediate early, neuroprotective and synaptic plasticity genes in Alzheimer's disease in female TgF344-AD rats.
