QN-302 (SOP1812) is a tetrasubstituted naphthalene diimide compound binding to G-quadruplex (G4) DNA structures, shows high potency in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells.
QN-302 shows high affinity to hTERT G4 and HuTel21 G4 with KD values of 4.9 and 28.4 nM, respectively.
QN-302 has high anti-proliferative activity in pancreatic cancer cell lines and anti-tumor activity in several experimental models for the disease.
QN-302 also causes downregulation of the expression of the S100P gene and the S100P protein in cells and in vivo.
