PF-4800567 is a potent, selective inhibitor of casein kinase 1 epsilon (CK1epsilon, CK1ε) with IC50 of 32 nM, >20-fold selectivity over CK1δ.
PF-4800567 completely blocks CK1epsilon-mediated PER3 nuclear localization and PER2 degradation.
PF-4800567 increased the locomotor stimulant response to both MA and fentanyl in mice harboring a null allele of Csnk1e.
