PCC0105003 is a small molecule microtubule affinity-regulating kinases (MARKs) inhibitor with IC50 of 3.0, 2.0, 2.67 and 2.67 nM for MARK1, 2, 3 and 4 repectively.
PCC0105003 treatment partially attenuated pain-like behaviors along with improved cognitive deficit, anxiogenic-like behaviors and motor coordination in SNL rats.
PCC0105003 reversed synaptic plasticity at the functional and structural levels by suppressing NR2B/GluR1 and EB3/Drebrin signaling pathways both in amygdala and spinal dorsal horn.
