Oligomycin A (MCH 32) is a macrolide antibiotic and mitochondrial complex V ATP synthase inhibitor, inhibits mitochondrial F0F1-ATPase inhibitor with Ki of 1 uM, inhibits mitochondrial respiratory chain and oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), shows shows anti-fungal and anti-cancer activities.
