OICR-41103 is a potent, selective, and cell-active small molecule chemical probe for DCAF1 with SPR binding KD of 2 nM, targeting the DCAF1 WDR domain and displacing viral Vpr protein.
shows no affinity for a panel of six WDR proteins up to 20 uM.
OICR-41103 binds and engages the WDR domain of DCAF1 in cells, effectively thermally stabilized the WDR domain of DCAF1 with EC50 of 165 nM.
OICR-41103 displaces HIV viral accessory protein Vpr from the DCAF1 WDR domain.
