Ruvonoflast (NT-0796) is a potent, selective and brain-penetrant NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor, inhibits IL-1β release from human PBMC cells with IC50 of 0.32 nM.
NT-0796 is an isopropyl ester that undergoes intracellular conversion to NDT-19795.
NT-0796 is a potent and selective NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor with demonstrated in vivo brain penetration.
NT-0796 shows no inhibition of IL-6 or TNFα from human PBMCs.
