NSD3 inhibitor A8 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of nuclear receptor-binding SET domain protein 3 (NSD3) with IC50 of 0.7 uM, inhibits NSD1 and NSD2 with IC50 of 1.5 uM and 0.9 uM respectively.
NSD3 inhibitor A8 inhibits LUSC cell proliferation, with an IC50 of 0.355 μM in NCI-H1703 cells, and less toxicity to non-cancerous HEK293T cells.
NSD3 inhibitor A8 exhibits inhibitory effects on LUSC cells in vitro and tumors in mice in vivo.
