NS-1643 (NS1643) is a small molecule activator of hERG channels that enhances the magnitude of wild-type hERG current in a concentration- and voltage-dependent manner with EC50 of 10.4 uM at -10 mV.
NS-1643 also causes irreversible inhibition of cell proliferation in human mammary gland adenocarcinoma-derived cells.
