MS98 (AKT PROTAC degrader) is a potent, selective von Hippel-Lindau (VHL)-recruiting AKT PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 78 nM (cellular T-AKT in BT474 cells).
MS98 binds to AKT1, AKT2, and AKT3 with Kds of 4 nM, 140 nM, and 8.1 nM, respectively.
MS98 selectively induces robust AKT protein degradation, inhibits downstream signaling, and suppresses cancer cell proliferation.
MS98 is a useful chemical tool to investigate biological and pathogenic functions of AKT in vitro and in vivo.
