ML 604440 (ML604440, ML-604440) is a potent, specific and cell permeable proteasome β1i (LMP2) subunit inhibitor.
ML 604440 reduces the cleavage of Ac-PAL-AMC by proteasomes from WT mice in a dose-dependent manner (12.5-200 nM), with no affect on β5/LMP7.
