MIF inhibitor Compound 1 (DP00477) is a small molecule allosteric inhibitor of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) with Ki of 1.3 uM, also is a potent IDO1 (indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1) inhibitor with IC50 of 7.0 uM.
MIF inhibitor Compound 1 (10 uM) demonstrated selective inhibition activity against HL-60, blocking cell growth by 66%.
