LSD1-IN-32 is a potent, reversible lysine specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) inhibitor with biochemical IC50 of 83 nM, Kd of 32 nM, cell EC50 of 0.67 uM.
LSD1-IN-32 display much greater levels of selectivity over the hERG cardiac ion channel than GSK-690.
LSD1-IN-32 shows significant anti-proliferative activity, promotes the differentiation of AML cells, with concomitant reduction in clonogenic potential.
