LS-102 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of E3 ubiquitin ligase Synoviolin (SYVN1), inhibits the autoubiquitination of synoviolin with IC50 of 35 uM.
LS-102 does not inhibit the activity of other E3 ubiquitin ligases, including ARIH1, breast cancer 1 gene (BRCA1)/BRCA1-associated RING domain 1 (BARD1), and estrogen-responsive RING-finger protein (Efp).
LS-102 suppressed the proliferation of rheumatoid synovial cells with IC50 of 5.4 uM.
LS-102 significantly reduced the severity of disease in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
LS-102 treament increased Drp1 levels and exacerbated the degeneration of GCs in the PCOS rat model.
