LLK203 is a potent, dual-targeting USP2/USP8 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.89/0.52 uM, potently inhibits cell proliferation of MCF-7 breast cancer cells with IC50 of 3.4 uM.
LLK203 demonstrates strong degradation activity towards MDM2 and Cyclin D1, also induces ERα degradation and apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.
LLK203 (20 mg/kg, i.p.) exhibits tumor growth inhibitory efficacy of LLK203 in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice.
