LK01045 is a potent, highly selective inhibitor targeting RIPK3 with IC50 of 16 nM in ADP-Glo assays.
LK01045 shows improved inhibition against TNF-α-induced necroptosis in both L929 and HT29 cells, with EC50 values of 0.61 and 0.16 µM, respectively, compared with
LK01045 effectively inhibits RIPK3 and MLKL phosphorylation induced by TNF-α in both L929 and HT29 cells.
