LEO 39652 is a potent, selective PDE4 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.2/1.2/3.0/3.8 nM for PDE4A/B/C/D respectively, selective over other PDE subtypes.
LEO 39652 inhibits secreted TNF-α in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with IC50 of 6 nM.
LEO 39652 potent and rapidly degrades by blood and liver to inactive metabolites and shows high exposure at the target organ: the skin.
