LCH-7749944 (GNF-PF-2356) is a novel and potent PAK4 with IC50 of 14.93 uM, shows weak activity against other PAK family members.
LCH-7749944 effectively suppresses the proliferation, migration and invasion of human gastric cancer cells through downregulation of PAK4/c-Src/EGFR/cyclin D1 pathway.
LCH-7749944 also inhibits the formation of filopodia and induces cell elongation in SGC7901 cells, causes successful inhibition of EGFR activity.
