KS79356 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Kynureninase (KYNU) with IC50 of 63.7 nM in cell-free kynureninase activity assays, displaying strong binding affinity (-7.8 kcal/mol), selectively suppresses proliferation of SUM159 (G50=233 nM) and MDA-MB-231 (GI50=450.8 nM) cells.

KS79356 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Kynureninase (KYNU) with IC50 of 63.7 nM in cell-free kynureninase activity assays, displaying strong binding affinity (-7.8 kcal/mol), selectively suppresses proliferation of SUM159 (G50=233 nM) and MDA-MB-231 (GI50=450.8 nM) cells.
KS79356 downregulates TNF-α–induced activation of the NFκB–CD44–Akt signal ing axis, leading to reduced proliferation, invasion, and trans-endothelial migration, while inducing both early and late apoptosis in TNBC cells.
KS79356 demonstrates strong antitumor activity in TNBC.
