IHCH-3064 is a potent, dual-targeting adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR) antagonist and HDAC inhibitor with Ki of 2.2 nM (A2AR) and IC50 of 80.2 nM (HDAC1) respectively.
IHCH-3185 shows good antiproliferative activity against tumor cell lines in vitro.
IHCH-3185 (60 mg/kg, bid) significantly inhibited mouse MC38 tumor growth with a tumor growth inhibition rate of 95.3%.
