IHCH-2330 is a potent, selective 5-HT2AR agonist with Ki of 7.24 nM and 45.71 nM for 5-HT2AR and 5-HT2BR respectively, simultaneously antagonizing 5-HT2BR.
IHCH-2330 displays 9-, 19-, 24-, 40- and 62-fold selectivity over 5-HT1DR, 5-HT1BR, 5-HT6R, β2-AR and 5-HT1FR, respectively. IHCH-2330 also exhibits negligible agonist activity at the remaining 5-HT receptors, only weak antagonist activity at α1A-AR, α1B-AR, α2C-AR, and M1R.
IHCH-2330 exhibits potent 5-HT2AR agonism in both Gαq and β-arrestin signals with EC50 of 7.08 nM and 44.61 nM respectively.
