IHCH-1906 is a potent agonist of serotonin 2A receptor (5-HT2AR) with Gq EC50  of 12.6 nM (Emax = 85%) and β-arrestin2 recruitment EC50 of  75.9  nM (Emax = 78%), shows antagonist activity at 5-HT2BR, partial agonist at 5-HT1DR (EC50 = 72.4 nM, Emax = 56%), and minimal activity at other receptors.
